NCW is the Consumer Promotion and Education committee of Nebraska Cattlemen. There is no extra membership fee to join NCW efforts. Some of the projects NCW participates in throughout the year include:

Nebraska Beef Ambassadors Contest

The Nebraska Beef Ambassador Contest and Beef Advocacy Training provides an opportunity for future beef industry leaders, ages fourteen to twenty-four years old, to sharpen their advocacy skills and strengthen their knowledge of the key issues facing the number one industry in Nebraska. The next Nebraska Beef Ambassador Contest and Beef Advocacy Training will be held in conjunction with the 2027 Nebraska Cattlemen Midyear Meeting in Kearney on June 8.
