Cuming County Feeders Scholarship

The purpose of these scholarships is to award outstanding Cuming County High School graduates scholarships to recognize their accomplishments and assist in their pursuit of a post-secondary education in Agriculture. Graduates who wish to be considered for a Cuming County Feeders Scholarship must:

  • be a resident of Cuming County
  • be a graduating senior planning to pursue a degree with an agricultural major
  • be planning to continue their post-secondary education at a vocational school, junior college, or four-year institution
  • submit application and accompanying materials postmarked by February 23, 2026
  • use funds within one year of presentation

Dawson County Cattlemen Scholarship Program

The Dawson County Cattlemen (“DCC”) Scholarship program was established to assist graduating or graduated students from the Gothenburg, Cozad, Lexington, Overton, Eustis/Farnam and S-E-M high schools who desire to attain higher education. 

Up to three $500 (or one $1,000 if only one qualified applicant) scholarships will be awarded annually for currently graduating high school seniors. 

A minimum of one $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a college student. No college student may be awarded this scholarship more than once.  This scholarship may not be awarded to an applicant in the same year that the applicant is awarded a scholarship as a currently graduating high school senior.

Northeast Nebraska Cattlemen Scholarship

The Northeast Nebraska Cattlemen are proud to offer these scholarships as appreciation for the young people in our area. The Northeast Nebraska Cattlemen will offer a $1,000 scholarship to one student in each of the four counties: Dakota, Dixon, Thurston and Wayne.
